    Do you find yourself thinking about what is missing in games today or what is too cookie cutter?  Have you found yourself explaining how a game could be more fun right down to how you would have designed it differently?  Are you passionate about creating new worlds and experiences for games?  Then the role of a Senior Producer at Capcom Vancouver may be perfect for you!


    A Producer at Capcom Vancouver is an experienced game designer and a strong team leader that can drive your vision to completion while ensuring that it meets quality and schedule requirements.


    • Work with the Executive Producer to design gameplay that matches the product vision
    • Communicate your designs through documentation, visual reference or other means
    • Develop and be accountable for the vision of the game, and lead a mixed discipline team through its production


    • Minimum 5+ years game industry experience of which 2+ has been in a Producer
    • Proven ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary development teams
    • Excellent knowledge of game design and of the marketplace
    • Able to self manage time and deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; people know what you want!
    • Excellent team work skills
    • Previous experience working with a Japanese publisher an asset
    • Passport holder able to travel internationally
    • Live and breathe games
